gtk-vnc: reflect the dependency on pulseaudio when enabled

This should help build packages depending on net/gtk-vnc, when it was
built with the "pulseaudio" option enabled.

<wiz> looks ok to me

Tested on NetBSD/amd64 with net/deforaos-vncviewer.
