Apply fix for hang and data loss on mariadb shutdown

Apply https://github.com/MariaDB/server/pull/3253 to fix a hang on
at least NetBSD resulting in unrecoverable database corruption when
attempting to shutdown the mariadb server

Bump PKGREVISION for -server and -embedded
