Version 0.8.1 -- Fluorine-13

After quite a while some minor improvements:
* improved handling of color (especially radical electrons)
* Windows build updated to Qt 6.6
* finally saying goodbye to QMake as a build system in favor of CMake

Hoping that with more automation the next release should come sooner.

pkgsrc changes: switch to Qt6.
