Add RCS Id. Add COMMENT. Use DISTNAME and PKGNAME instead of abusing
DISTFILES. Replace BUILD_DEPENDS on libtool with USE_LIBTOOL.
Replace USE_X11BASE with USE_X11. Replace do-build target with
appropriate BUILD_DIRS setting. In do-install target, use
INSTALL_DATA_DIR instead of MKDIR. Remove some directories
that get created by the package, if they are empty (x11/gtk-engines
installs there too). Fix usage of gtk-config and gdk-pixbuf-config.
