Import gtk-grdc-0.4.0 as wip/gtk-grdc.

Grdc is a remote desktop client based on GTK+ and Gnome.
It provides a GTK+ application and a Gnome applet
Features include scrollable/scalable window, floating toolbar,
keyboard grabbing,etc.Support RDP (rdesktop), VNC (libvncclient)
 and SSH (libssh)
