- NetBSD: disable IPV6_V6ONLY on v6 sockets (it defaults to enabled)
- catch up with package rename in various places
- fix bad master site
- turn work-in-progress icedtea extensions into a PKG_OPTION
- unbreak build w/o icedtea. Patches that apply after icedtea
  distribution patches need to be applied manually.
