initial import of worker

DESCR:
Worker is a file manager for X-Window on UNIX.
The dirs and files are shown in two independent panels.

features:
- runs directly under X11, so it's fast and has low requirements.
- completely graphical.
- many built-in functions.
- With the so called "own command" any external program can be integrated
  into the GUI and they can also use the selected files to work with them.
- Support for a virtual file system to enter archives, ftp sites, ...
