Extended attributes (attr package)

The extended attribute package contains the libattr, attr, and attr-devel
sub-packages. The libattr package contains the libattr loadable library,
and is required by all other packages. The attr package contails the getfattr
and setfattr utilities. The attr-devel package contains additional files
required for developing extended attribute programs.
