This is meta-package that pulls in various X11 related libraries
from the modular X.org X11 project.

This provides standard X11 libraries.

Remove modular-xorg-libs, it lives in meta-pkgs now.
meta-pkgs version doesn't have the bl3.mk, but we do fine-grained
X dependencies in pkgsrc anyway.

Renamed BUILDLINK_TRANSFORM.* to BUILDLINK_FNAME_TRANSFORM.*, to make
clear that these variables are completely unrelated to
BUILDLINK_TRANSFORM.

Added a legacy check that catches appearances of BUILDLINK_TRANSFORM.*.
