Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.
Mark packages that don't or might probably not have staged installation.

Import pcmanfm again. This is an update for sysutils/pcmanfm
but it has some bugs. I didn't want to update until made sure it works.
I need this for testing of light-desktop.
