Log message:
emulators/gambatte: Revive package.

This was removed in the big qt4 deprecation, but it's still a useful
package without the qt5 dependency.

gambatte: Remove obsolete package

Last release 10 years ago and depends on qt4.

Potential successors:

 - https://github.com/sinamas/gambatte (no releases, no qt5 support)
 - https://github.com/pokemon-speedrunning/gambatte-speedrun/ (pokemon specific?)
