Drop MESSAGE as obsolete

MESSAGE is from 2008 and warns the user about adjusting for a lot of
"recent changes".  Once those comments are removed, what remains is a
reminder to read and follow the upstream documentation, which is not
pkgsrc-specific or worthy of MESSAGE.
