* ``public()`` and ``private()`` can't be correctly type annotated, so the
  type hints on these two functions have been removed.  The ``ModuleAware``
  was also removed.
* Added a ``py.typed`` file to satisfy type checkers.
* Fixed a documentation cross-reference bug.
