v0.3.1 (2024-07-16)

 - Bumped minimum Go version to 1.21.
 - Added support for authenticated media.
 - Added /powerlevel command for managing power levels.
 - Disabled logging by default.
 - Changed default log directory to ~/.local/state/gomuks on Linux.
