Apply not-yet-released upstream changes. From the changelog:

- README.md: typo and URL correction
- Specify the starting point for find(1) (non-GNU versions do not allow
  omitting it)
- Fix some compiler warnings
- Take existence of a dofile into account when checking for sourcefile
- Add bootstrap.sh
- Change fflag testing from ! to < 0
- Call compute_uprel() before redo_ifchange()
- Use "all" as default target only when "redo" is called directly
- Change order of creating files on find_dofile in run_script()
- Remove unreachable code in run_script
- Incorporate sourcefile() call inside check_deps()
- Avoid duplicate flags initialization in main()

archivers: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

Could not be committed due to merge conflict:
