This is an extremely simple, extremely basic module for writing
tests suitable for CPAN modules and other pursuits. If you wish
to do more complicated testing, use the Test::More module (a drop-in
replacement for this one).

Update packages using a search.cpan.org HOMEPAGE to metacpan.org.

The former now redirects to the latter.

This covers the most simple cases where http://search.cpan.org/dist/name
can be changed to https://metacpan.org/release/name.
