archivers: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

Could not be committed due to merge conflict:

{py-,}generate: make distinfo checksums match upstream, set DIST_SUBDIR.

This checksum matches what FreeBSD ports has.
Analysis: The distfile changed on the master site back in 2015.
The difference between old and new is that a different RCS id is
embedded in setup.py, so no PKGREVISION bump.
