devel/scmcvs: Drop MESSAGE

It's an exhortation to read the docs and a summary.  It presumes a
particular usage style which is no longer likely, and recommends
setting CVSROOT in the environment which is also no longer likely
appropriate.  But really, it's just documentation, which per the guide
does not merit MESSAGE.

archivers: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

Could not be committed due to merge conflict:

all: migrate several HOMEPAGEs to https

pkglint --only "https instead of http" -r -F

With manual adjustments afterwards since pkglint 19.4.4 fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines.

This mainly affects projects hosted at SourceForce, as well as
freedesktop.org, CTAN and GNU.

cvs: Disable custom getcwd() implementation on Darwin.

It completely breaks on Catalina for some reason, so just use the native
version which works fine.  This commit brought to you by a patched binary
running on Catalina.  Bump PKGREVISION.
