Simplicity, portability, speed, and small footprint are all very
important aspects of UnitTest++. UnitTest++ is mostly standard C++

which means it should be easily portable to just about any platform.

*: remove pkg-config from tools where no buildlink3.mk file is included
Bulk build on NetBSD of these packages had the same result as before
(build succeeds, no PLIST change).

archivers: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums
All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes
