PROJ is a collection of programs and a library for performing
cartographic projections. The programs are designed as a standard UNIX
filters to be used with other programs in the generation of maps and
charts, and as map digitizing applications.

This package contains the PDF documentation for PROJ. (It is not
necessarily in sync with the proj package.)

proj-doc: Update to 8.0

This is now simply the pdf corresponding to Proj 8.  That doesn't
match the proj that is in pkgsrc, but it's vastly more useful than the
older docs, whose download location is now broken.
