The Python Imaging Library (PIL) adds image processing capabilities to
your Python interpreter. This library provides extensive file format

all: migrate homepages from http to https

pkglint -r --network --only "migrate"

As a side-effect of migrating the homepages, pkglint also fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines. These and the new homepages have been
checked manually.
