libESMTP is a library to manage posting (or submission of) electronic
mail using SMTP to a preconfigured Mail Transport Agent (MTA).

It may be used as part of a Mail User Agent (MUA) or another program that
needs to post electronic mail but where mail functionality is not
the program's primary purpose.

mail: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

libesmtp: update to 1.0.6nb4.

Disable ntlm plugin. It is not built by default on NetBSD 9.0.
I read the configure output and script and couldn't determine
the problem. This makes the build succeed again, and someone
who is more interested in ntlm support can fix it.

For perspective, last update in 2010 and no upstream available.

Some pkglint cleanup while here.

Fix indentation in buildlink3.mk files.

The actual fix as been done by "pkglint -F */*/buildlink3.mk", and was
reviewed manually.

There are some .include lines that still are indented with zero spaces
although the surrounding .if is indented. This is existing practice.
