Initial import of the new OpenSMTPD tables:

* opensmtpd-table-ldap
* opensmtpd-table-mysql
* opensmtpd-table-passwd
* opensmtpd-table-postgres
* opensmtpd-table-redis
* opensmtpd-table-socketmap
* opensmtpd-table-sqlite

These new packages replace the previous opensmtpd-extras.  All the
tables, except table-python which is no longer available, were
converted to the new smtpd-tables(7) protocol and won't need any
configuration change.
