Update to the latest upstream git. From the changelog:

- Set QMAILPPID for filters to know grandparent PID. Filters can log
  this information to help sysadmins correlate rejections with
  qmail-smtpd sessions.
- qmail-qfilter.1: Fix typo regarding file descriptor 5, and some
  spellings and phrasings.
- README: Drop the stanza about setting TMPDIR, no longer relevant.
- Relicense from gnu-gpl-v2 to unlicense.

Retire 'djbware-errno-hack' and associated options.mk cleverness.
Instead:

1. Package makefiles including their own options.mk
2. Packages say "SUBST_CLASSES+=djberrno" to get the hack, if needed
3. Packages adjust SUBST_FILES.djberrno, if needed

Should fix bulk build failures due to multiple inclusions of options.mk
and/or incorrect definitions of DJB_ERRNO_HACK.

all: migrate homepages from http to https

pkglint -r --network --only "migrate"

As a side-effect of migrating the homepages, pkglint also fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines. These and the new homepages have been
checked manually.
