- Update documentation configuration settings to be consistent with other asdf \ 
subprojects
- Fix typo in latex logo path and footer copyright author text
- Adds global navigation in docs top bar
- Update schemas to prefer tag over ref
- Add a schema for imaging WCS as defined by the FITS WCS standard.
