meta-pkgs/bulk-test-erlang: Add 20240821

This depends on chat/ejabberd (important) and www/yaws (perhaps not,
no erlang-foo deps), and then every other erlang-foo not required by
ejabberd.  (elixir and rebar are implicitly depended on.)
