go-net: fix SunOS build

With current pkgsrc defaults, h2i builds and runs on SunOS. (That makes
PLIST.h2i redundant, but I've left it in for now, in case someone needs
to use it for manual adjustment, and for the most minimal diff.)

all: migrate homepages from http to https

pkglint -r --network --only "migrate"

As a side-effect of migrating the homepages, pkglint also fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines. These and the new homepages have been
checked manually.
