Log message:
mit-krb5-appl: stop regenerating the configure script

Leads to weird errors like
checking for IPv6 compile-time support... ./configure: 6435: Syntax error: \
";;" unexpected (expecting "fi")
and is not needed because pkgsrc doesn't patch any of
the autoconf/automake source files.

all: migrate homepages from http to https

pkglint -r --network --only "migrate"

As a side-effect of migrating the homepages, pkglint also fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines. These and the new homepages have been
checked manually.
