sysutils: align variable assignments

pkglint -Wall -F --only aligned --only indent -r

Manually excluded consolekit and dc-tools since pkglint didn't get the
formatting correct.

Newer lime2 boards (which now use a micrel etherner PHY) needs
CONFIG_GMAC_TX_DELAY=4
This doens't seem to hurt on older boards.
