Bump PKGREVISION which was reseted by lang/php5 update since I forgot to
pullup request to that change to pkgsrc-2009Q2 branch and it is too late
for request the reset of PKGREVISION.

this extension requires also php5-dom extension to actually load and work,
so add explicit DEPENDS and MESSAGE to that effect
PKGREVISION not bumped, since this is a conveniency related change,
not a functional change

Fix CONFLICTS of php/pear packages, the asterix was missing (thanks tv).
While going through the tree, fix some more packages which had similiar
issues with too strict conflicts, bump the revisions of those.
