ppx_enumerate is a ppx rewriter which generates a definition for the list of all
values of a type with (for a type which only has finitely many values).

archivers: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes
