Import colorize-0.1 as wip/colorize.
A patch to use "util.h" instead "pty.h" under some systems.
TO DO: Replaced error.h with a non-functional one (why is error.h
missing in NetBSD?).

A command colorizer. Very useful to distinguish remote shells.
