Import ja-freewnn-1.1.1_pl22 as wip/ja-freewnn.
(1) This is the one step to resolve user-destdir support for
following two packages
ja-FreeWnn-dict-1.10nb1
ja-FreeWnn-server-bin-1.10nb6
(2) This package was really converted from wip/ja-freewnn-cvs by generating
patches automatically.
Once cvs version is released, the patches may be removed.
