FreeWnn Open Source version of Wnn.

Debugging with buildlinking from editors/mule.
(temacs of mule now segfaults as before, nothing improved).

Makefile
- Previous commit does not build with MAKE_JOBS > 1. Add MAKE_JOBS_SAFE=no
- Correct PKGNAME. It is the same PKGNAME as inputmethod/ja-freewnn-lib

(As FreeWnn has some updates on its CVS Repository, cvs version
is imported to give opportunity to test the functions of it.)
