The rar archiver adds and extracts files to and from an archive. The archive
is usually a regular file, which name has ".rar" suffix in its end. Archive

Updated to latest release. This is a major version increment for this pkg.
As it's named rar3 and the version is now 4.0.1, could someone with admin
access to CVS move this to rar4 and then fix the paths in this Makefile?
