Audio Tag Tool is a program to manage the information fields in MP3 and Ogg
Vorbis files, commonly called tags.
Tagtool can be used to edit tags one by one, but the most useful feature is the
ability to tag or rename hundreds of files at once, in any desired format.

Remove USE_DIRS from pkgsrc.

Shared directories can now be created independently by the pacakges
needing them and will be removed automatically by pkg_delete when empty.

Packages needing empty directories can use the @pkgdir command in PLIST.
