- a new wizard for a standard XeLaTeX document has been added

Texmaker needs qtscript when building with qt5. By includeinf buildlink3.mk from \ 
qt5-qtscript and qt5-qtwebkit texmaker gets all it's needed qt5 dependencies.

Also made building using qt5 an option instead of always using it since
qt5 in pkgsrc seems broken.
