Log message:
Upgrade xmlformat packages to version 1.04. Major changes are:

- Assign each token an input line number and display the line number in
error messages. This provides better information to the user about
the location of problems in input files.
- Print the token stack when an error occurs. This provides some idea of
the context of the element that is malformed or has malformed content.

The xmlformat-docs package now installs all documentation examples as well.

"wip" is not a valid category -- please use the standard pkgsrc ones.

Remove wip from CATEGORIES, and guess category if wip was the only one
specified.

Log message:
Installed xmlformat-{perl,ruby} packages as mutualy exclusive rather
alternatives powered. Only the administrator will care about the
version used (due to its dependencies).
