The HTML Document Object is a Perl Module that allows you to quickly and
easily create Dynamic HTML pages without having to specify the framework.
You specify the content and it does all the work. Supports HTML 4.0, cookies,
frames, javascript, etc.

pkglint --only "https instead of http" -r -F

With manual adjustments afterwards since pkglint 19.4.4 fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines.

This mainly affects projects hosted at SourceForce, as well as
freedesktop.org, CTAN and GNU.
