Remove example rc.d scripts from PLISTs.

These are now handled dynamically if INIT_SYSTEM is set to "rc.d", or
ignored otherwise.

Add ipxe-git to DISTFILES (like in xentools41). It's not really used, but
means that all the same xentools patches will apply without any
special-casing. Fixes build.

This package is a subset of the xentools41 package. It contains
just the tools to manipulate xenstore from the guest VM.

It uses the distinfo, patches and version number from the xentools41
package.
