Addition to my previous commit (rev. 1.28), since it broke the extract/patch
stage on pkgsrc-2005Q4: unzip with -a (convert CR/LF to LF in text-files).
Suggested by PR pkg/32867.

On NetBSD, check for a /proc node that only exists with "-o linux" \ 
(cpuinfo).

Also allow /proc itself (rather than /emul/linux/proc) to be mounted
"-o linux" -- this is a common configuration that allows mounting of only
one procfs usable by both NetBSD and Linux binaries.

The patchset contains a bunch of ^M (carriage return) characters, and the
package recently broke because of this (it still worked in pkgsrc-2005Q4,
so something must have changed in pkgsrc but I have no idea what exactly).  

A workaround to fix this: just sed(1) the ^M's away.

Ran pkglint --autofix over the complete pkgsrc-wip. This changed all
instances like MAKE_ENV+= VAR=${VAR} to the properly quoted form,
VAR=${VAR:Q}, or even VAR=${VAR:M*:Q} if necessary.
