Base64 is a group of similar binary-to-text encoding schemes that represent
binary data in an ASCII string format by translating it into a radix-64
representation. It is specified in RFC 4648.

* Base64.alphabet is updated and returns a simple string now

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

The package is now compatible with dune 1.7.

Several API-breaking changes in version 3.0.0: module renames and
changes in function signatures.
