Updated devel/ocaml-migrate-parsetree to version 2.3.0.

This mostly adds support for OCaml 4.14 (and versions in between); it also
removes some unneeded dependencies and adds some minor bugfixes.

archivers: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

Could not be committed due to merge conflict:
