Update devel/ocaml-stdio to version 0.15.0.

There is no changelog, but it seems changes are minor. Certainly support
for OCaml 4.14 is included.

archivers: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

Could not be committed due to merge conflict:

Updated package devel/ocaml-stdio to version 0.12.0.

Package is now compatible with dune 1.7.

The CHANGES.md file in the distribution is not up to date, but changes
from the previous version are minor.
