mkrf is a library for generating Rakefiles. It is primarily for
building C extensions for Ruby, but will be able to be used for generic
Rakefile generation as well. Main goals include simple use and reuse
in other projects.

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

Remove USE_RAKE

Remove USE_RAKE.  It was used to control dependency to ruby-rake package
befor ruby 2.0 days.  Now all ruby*-base package contains rake command and
USE_RAKE is already not used in any where.

pkglint -Wall -r --only "substitution command" -F

With manual review and indentation fixes since pkglint doesn't get that
part correct in every case.

No changes made to these distinfo files.

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
