Import p5-Geo-ShapeFile-2.52 as wip/p5-Geo-ShapeFile.

Geo::ShapeFile module reads ESRI ShapeFiles containing GIS mapping
data, it has support for shp (shape), shx (shape index), and dbf
(data base) formats.
