Update to 0.38.2

  pkg_summary-utils>=0.47 is needed

  Long options were removed from distbb.
  Use standard short options!

  -x creates .done files, so they permist between -r sessions

  pkg_summary2build_graph was replaced with pkg_summary2deps -Ap.
       The former will be removed from pkg_summary-utils soon.
