libgtop is a library that fetches system information about the running
system such as cpu and memory usage, active processes etc. It
provides a setgid server that fetches the information and a
client-side library that talks to this server.

Fix compilation under post-newlock2 NetBSD-current.  Now
gnome-system-monitor applet seems to work.  (Patch from Blair Sadewitz
on pkgsrc-users (maybe really from apb@).)

Caveat:
  Switching on KERN_PROC2 sysctl define seems somewhat unclean.
  All of this needs to be merged upstream.

 struct uvmexp -- use uvmexp_sysctl on NetBSD instead
-correct filesystem size calculation: the unit is vfsstat.f_frsize

Bump revisions due to gnome-vfs2 update: dbus-glib is now a dependency.
This fixes problems when some installed packages are outdated.
