Add ruby-xhtmldiff.

This is rename of textproc/xhtmldiff with these changes.

* Prefix PKGNAME with ${RUBY_PKGPREFIX} confirmed by MAINTAINER.
* A few change to fix gemspec file and do not contain extra gemspec file
  in the binary package.
