Drop dependency on lang/py-psyco.
It works only for Python 2.6 which is becoming obsolete in some time.
As such it doesn't fit well for packages that are going to enter pkgsrc in future.

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.
